    Registration, Payment Policies and Lesson Availibilty

    Please read the following information carefully.

    EFFECTIVE January 1st, 2010

    INSTRUCTION FEES:

    1/2 hour lesson: $100 Per / 4 week session.

    All payments will be made on the first week of every month. You will be reminded of payment date via email.  We reserve the right to charge a late fee of  $10 after  the first week of the new session.

    LESSON AVAILABILITY

    Weekdays 3:00pm until 9:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm

    (Summer hours are varied among instructors.)


    FINANCIAL ADJUSTMENTS CANNOT BE MADE IN THE MONTHLY FEE. Instructions continue on a regular basis.  Any unpaid tuition of two months will be considered a withdrawal and your time may then be assigned to another student.

    AN INITIAL FEE OF $20 WILL BE PAID BY ALL INCOMING STUDENTS at the time of registration.  This covers the cost of assessing the student’s needs, assigning times and instructors, and other related expenses.  This fee is not refundable and a time cannot be guaranteed until it is paid.

    MAKEUPS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Rescheduled lessons will be provided for school closings and/or if the instructor is out.  Student emergency cancellations will be made up at the discretion of the teacher. All other absences will not be made up but must be paid for.

    VACATIONS AND TIME OFF – Students who wish to take a break from their lessons will be subject to scheduling availability.  We cannot guarantee the same time slot or instructor when they return.
